Core Session Activities

Therapy may include upper-extremity strengthening, therapeutic exercises, hand therapy, fine motor coordination, cognitive retraining, functional task training, and joint protection techniques. Therapy addresses age-related changes, decreased strength or balance, mobility challenges, and functional limitations that may affect independence at home and in the community.
