Dr. Nadjombe provides occupational therapy services in outpatient and private practice settings, with a strong emphasis on meeting clients where they are. She delivers therapy within the home and other familiar environments to promote meaningful, functional progress and real-life skill integration. Guided by her passion for community-centered care and clinical expertise, she is committed to making daily life more manageable and empowering for her clients and their families.

IMPACT

Occupational Therapy

Impact Occupational Therapy and Consulting was established in January 2025 and is owned and operated by Nponda Solange Nadjombe, OTD, OTR/L. The practice is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based occupational therapy services to individuals across the Twin Cities area. We utilize a holistic, client-centered approach, partnering closely with families to address functional needs and promote meaningful participation in daily routines and activities. Referrals are typically received from physicians and other healthcare professionals with whom we maintain collaborative relationships. To reduce barriers to care and enhance therapeutic outcomes, we provide play-based, developmentally appropriate services within each child’s natural environment. This includes care delivered in private homes, ABA centers, clinical settings, and community locations, ensuring that interventions are relevant, accessible, and easily integrated into daily life while enhancing occupational performance and supporting meaningful participation for individuals and communities
